Jessica B. Sittig, LCSW
Jessica (she/her/hers) is a licensed clinical social worker. She utilizes a client-centered approach and offers gentle, non-judgmental support. She practices from a relational perspective where healing happens through the development of healthy relationships. She meets you where you are.
Jessica provides therapeutic services to clients in pre-adolescence through adulthood and has extensive experience providing therapy to those impacted by trauma, grief and loss. She also has experience helping those touched by chronic illnesses, including but not limited to - cancer, Parkinson's Disease, stroke and traumatic brain injury.
For those interested in integrating body-based techniques with talk therapy, Jessica is also a registered dance/movement therapist. She understands that the physical body is always a part of our psychological experiences and offers a unique and transformative approach in the healing process.
